Ocean Haven may be rented in either a two-bedroom or three-bedroom configuration. Guests choosing the two-bedroom option will have access to the upper level of the villa - including two bedrooms, two full baths, and the main kitchen/living/dining area - as well as to the private pool and terrace. Guests who select the full villa rental will also enjoy access to the pool terrace bedroom suite, bathroom, and wet bar.
All rates are in U.S. dollars, and include meet-and-greet service at the villa; and mid-week housekeeping service for stays of seven nights or more. Villa provisioning, daily visits by our housekeeper, and additional services may be arranged at an additional cost.

Rates are not inclusive of the 12.5% Virgin Islands mandated hotel tax. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required at the time of booking.
Like most villa owners, we strongly encourage our guests to pay via personal check or wire transfer, as this eliminates transaction costs and helps us keep our rates as low as possible. For a nominal fee of 3% of the total amount due, we also accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
Please note, Ocean Haven unfortunately is not suitable for pets or for children under the age of eight. A liability waiver is necessary if guests include children under 18.
Ocean Haven is a non-smoking villa. A $250 cleaning fee will be assessed for any violations, including burning of incense or other materials. Thank you for your understanding!
